Leveraging over 20 years in Data, AI & Product, he has built & led global Data & AI programs across Consulting, ASX top 20 and Private Equity owned organisations as well as building and running multiple successful Start-ups.

Mick leads the Technology & Product business at insightfactory.ai. Leveraging 30+ years in technology across a range of industries, he has successfully built, deployed and operated the fit-for-purpose technologies for many businesses and across many technologies.
Anthony Paterson
Co-founder, Chief Operations Officer
Anthony leads the Operations for insightfactory.ai. Leveraging 20+ years in consulting and delivery in Data programs across many industries Anthony is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery, adoption and impact from Data & AI solutions delivered to our clients.
Luca Contri
General Manager Europe & UK
Luca leads our European and UK business as well as our Testing, Inspection & Certification vertical. Luca brings over 20 years in the Data, AI & Operations Research fields as well as over a decade experience embedded in Data programs with Testing, Inspection & Certification companies globally.
Danny Pallotta
Head of Data Engineering
Danny leads our Data Engineering practice across people, methodology and technical execution. Danny brings over a decade experience in Data Engineering across consulting and a range of different industries. Danny brings deep technical expertise coupled with string commercial acuity in driving our Data Engineering practise.
Troy Holland
Head of Product
Troy leads our Platforms & Product team across Cloud, Software Engineering, UX/UI, Testing and our global support centers for the Insight Factory product suite. Troy brings over 20 years experience building, deploying and scaling software with a specific focus on software enabling Data & Insight enablement for businesses.
Dr Mauricio Soto
Head of Data Science & AI
Mauricio leads our Data Science, AI & Machine Learning practise. Mauricio bring deep technical experience across advanced AI & ML including LLMs, Computer Vision, NLP and Machine Learning. Mauricio combines his deep research and academic experience with consulting and delivery experience with companies like McKinsey.
Shana Inge
Head of Commercial
Shana leads the commercial business at insightfactory.ai, encompassing Sales, Account Management, Marketing, and Partnerships. With over 20 years of experience, Shana drives our Go-To-Market strategy, building relationships with new clients and service partners, while ensuring our existing clients receive the support they need.
