Can I outsource both production and solution support?
Yes, we provide both production line support (for workloads running inside the Insight Factory) and solution support (for adjacent systems like dashboards, apps, or integrations) under one cohesive model.
How quickly can production support be activated?
Production support can be activated directly through the Insight Factory interface. For any Production Line running in production, users can simply request support from within the platform. If the production line was built by insightfactory.ai, we will offer support by default as it transitions into production. For external solutions, we first perform a readiness review and, if needed, optimise the production line to meet our support standards before approving it for managed support.
Will insightfactory.ai help with triaging and resolving issues?
Absolutely. Our integrated triage tools, monitoring frameworks, and global operations centre ensure that issues are identified, prioritised, and resolved efficiently, with minimal disruption to your teams or customers.
How does support scale as our program grows?

How do you price your support models?
Our pricing model is designed to be flexible and aligned with actual usage. For Production Line support, we charge a consumption-based fee calculated on the number of minutes each solution runs in production.
For solution support, we apply a standard monthly retainer combined with expected ticket volumes, which covers typical resolution activity across supported solutions.
How do the different levels of support work with our existing service desk?
We tailor our support model to align with your organisation’s service requirements. For both Production Line and Solution support, we typically provide Level 1 through Level 3 coverage using our Jira Service Management environment. However, we also offer full integration with your existing service desk to ensure a seamless support experience.
We recognise that not all issues originate within the Insight Factory many stem from upstream systems or infrastructure so we proactively coordinate with your service desk to raise or escalate issues that fall outside our control, ensuring rapid identification and resolution across the full support chain.
