The Insight Factory is built Lakehouse architecture and integrates with Power Platform, and other best-in-class tools all seamlessly integrated to enable end-to-end data and AI solutions.

How do you ensure the privacy and security of our data and intellectual property?
the Insight Factory is fully deployed within your Azure tenant, under your security control. Your data never leaves your environment and all code, data, and solution artefacts remain within your Git repositories and cloud infrastructure. We never store or access your data outside your security boundary.
We leverage Databricks Unity Catalog for fine-grained access control and implement a robust Lakehouse Governance Framework (which we donate into clients) to ensure all data access, sharing, and consumption is secure by design both through technology and process. insightfactory.ai is fully ISO 27001 compliant, ensuring enterprise-grade security across the platform and we conduct security and penetration testing on our product suite as required.

Keeping the InsightFactory platform evergreen means your environment is always up to date with the latest technologies, capabilities, and performance enhancements without any additional effort from your team.

How do you price and charge for the Insight Factory platform?
The Insight Factory is offered as a monthly subscription. This includes full platform maintenance, evergreen updates, support, and a base number of developer licences to build, deploy, and operate within your environment.
Additional licences can be provided on a named user or named developer basis, depending on your needs. Our pricing model is designed to be simple, predictable, and aligned with the value you get from running a modern, scalable data and AI platform.
