Our Professional Services Cadet Program gives top-performing university students the opportunity to work within insightfactory.ai’s delivery team, contributing to live client engagements across data engineering, data science, analytics, and visualisation.

As a Professional Services Cadet, you’ll work alongside forward-deployed engineers, analytics translators, and delivery leads to design, build, and deploy modern data solutions on the Insight Factory platform. You’ll gain hands-on experience with Azure Databricks, Power BI, Python, and AI/ML workflows, learning how to turn complex data into valuable business outcomes.
