2026 Cadet Challenge Finalists

In 2026, insightfactory.ai once again ran our Cadet Challenge across both Professional Services and Product as part of our hiring program.  We received more than 200 applications and set an exceptionally difficult challenge for candidates in both streams. From that process, we hired two outstanding people into the Cadet Program.

What became clear throughout the challenge was the sheer quality of talent coming through. We saw an enormous number of highly capable, thoughtful and impressive submissions from students putting themselves forward for an opportunity at insightfactory.ai.  This page will progressively showcase the quality of those submissions and highlight the finalists from the 2026 insightfactory.ai Cadet Challenge.
